    Based on an original shape designed by Niels Refsgaard in 1977, this 14" oval stoneware serving platter shimmers in a soft shade of grey with subtle hints of blue, making it an ideal centerpiece for serving large platters and dishes. The amber effect on its outer border adds contrast.

    Beautiful
    I really like this platter. I feel that the photo presents it as gray but it's more blue. It is great for handling hot dishes and truly is a nice color. (It's great for cold ones too.) It washes well and seems to be dishwasher safe but I would probably hand wash it due to its size.

    This Platter makes the colors of the food pop!
    I have been using this platter for the past couple months. It has a nice heavy weight to it. The blues are so beautiful in this platter and I love the tan trim accents. It adds a pop of color and contrasts with the food beautifully. I have used it for entertaining as well as a centerpiece. Right now it is on my kitchen island with a variety of fall squash on display. I never dreamed I would use this as an every day piece but it has become one in my kitchen. It cleans like a dream.

    Great product
    As with most Dansk products, the quality is well made. The platter has a nice heft to it and can be used for special occasions or a family dinner. I used it during Thanksgiving to serve up a large portion of a side dish and it worked nicely.
