Generations II Nordic Blue Oval Roaster

This oval roaster is a great addition to our kitchen. I find it is great to cook in or just use as a serving dish on the table. The size is good for a main dish for 4 or a side dish for 6-8. The color is lovely and it’s held up perfectly after several washes.

My family loves roasting chicken and I usually buy it out. But once I got this I used to it roast my whole chicken and I have no need to buy out anymore. This is the perfect size for not just roasting chicken but turkey breasts as well. It cleans up easy and light enough to store it easily.

I cook almost every evening, full meals from scratch for my family, and I love this roaster. The Dansk Glazed Oval Roaster is 13-Inchs long, in Nordic Blue, and it is glazed stoneware with handles. I entertain allot, and this roaster can go from the oven to the table really easily. I can cook quite a bit in this roaster, and I don't have to put it in another platter for the table because it looks really nice and style-ash. The stoneware is really easy to clean, and I can store it with my other roasters. I think that I have a new favorite roaster!
