We'll replace any broken piece that is in stock at Dansk, at 50% off the current suggested retail price, plus tax and shipping and handling. This offer is good from the date you register your Dansk items for as long as you own the product.
Replace a Broken or Chipped Item
Once you've registered your products, should a Dansk breakage or dinnerware chip occur, simply contact us:

If necessary, we will make arrangements for you to return the damaged pieces and will determine the replacement cost if the item is in stock (50% off the current suggested retail price, plus tax, shipping, and handling).
